Leases for your laundry rooms are negotiated with either a revenue split or a fixed rate. While both agreements have benefits, there are situations when one option may be more advantageous than the other.

What brand and type of equipment will be placed on site?

For the sake of reliability, this is a very important question. Not all equipment is created equal, especially when it comes to multi-unit building laundry that has heavy use. We know that no equipment is "break down" proof. Island Laundry Services exclusively offers the best and most reliable leased laundry equipment the industry has to offer. We don't cut corners. Our installation choices are made to meet the specific needs of each building.

A typical contract for leased laundry equipment would include increases to lease price based on CPI - (Island Laundry Services does not do this).
Who do tenants call for assistance? - We have our number on every machine and offer tenant direct service.
Who cleans the equipment? - Island Laundry Services cleans the vended laundry equipment at least monthly, depending on the size of the multi-unit building laundry equipment site.
Will there be merchant fees charged to the owner for the cashless system? - Island Laundry Services pays out on gross not net.
Will there be additional fees or transaction fees? - Island Laundry Services does not charge any additional fees.
Who services and repairs the equipment? - Island Laundry Services takes care of all repairs, maintenance and service for our laundry rooms on Vancouver Island.
